ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

Every item is handmade, so imperfections are to be expected. If you find an issue with one of our items, send us a message with a photo included within 12 hrs of receiving the item(s) and we will assist you.

LANITA BONITA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.

If your tracking number says shipment has been delivered but it is not in your possession, please contact USPS for more info.
If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to change your address.

If your-package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package.
If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS and inquire.
Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays,
returned, lost, or miss sent packages.
Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to1-3 days once shipped.
